Jr College of Commerce commenced its functioning in the year 1982 with English as medium of instruction. It is one of the renowned educational institute. It was started with view to provide facility for the localites specially gins whose parents were reluctant to send them to colleges situated away from Deolali and also for students of nearby rural areas from all sections of society. Jr. College of Commerce is recognized by Zilla Perished Nasik. Today it not only competes with the colleges of repute and long standing but many times surpasses them in results. The school was founded by Late Shri. M. P. Gidwani, Late. Shri. N. A. Tharwani and Late Shri. G. T. Dudia and was named Subhash A. V. School, after the great patriot of India -Subhash Chandra Bose.
In the year 1972, the Society started Tailoring and Embroidery Class for the benefits of girls.
In the year 1988, saw another phase of expansion in the field of education as the society started English Primary School.
